Workshop at the Yale Law School on "Rights and Responsibilities in Cyberspace"

On 27 and 28 October 2023, the United Nations Legal Counsel, Mr. Miguel de Serpa Soares, delivered opening remarks at a workshop, hosted by Yale Law School, on the rights and responsibilities in cyberspace. The workshop took place in the framework of the Oxford Process on International Law Protections in Cyberspace, initiated by Professor Dapo Akande of Oxford University and Professor Duncan Hollis of Temple Law School.听 The meeting was hosted by Professor Harold Hongju Koh of Yale Law School. The Oxford Process on International Law Protections in Cyberspace is a multistakeholder initiative committed to advancing and clarifying the applicability of international law in cyberspace.
