Note: In UNBIS, initial articles are always
dropped from uniform titles, so first indicator is always 0.
Second indicator
Subject heading system/thesarus.
(Values 0-3 and 5-6 are
authoritative-agency data elements not used in
UNBIS).
UNBIS uses Value=7 only.
